Our properties are fully equipped with all you need, but sheets and towels are not provided. The rental price includes water, electricity and gas costs.
Verbal booking is considered valid for a maximum of 7 days. Within those 7 days you will have to pay by bank transfer a minimum of 40 % of the rental price. If you do not make the payment within these 15 days, your pre booking will be cancelled automatically.

The property remains under the responsibility of the tenant from the moment of check in until the departure. You can check in as from 9:00 AM on the day of arrival and you must check out before 12:00 AM the day of departure.

Whatever change in dates, or other aspects of the contract will be considered “no-show” and the contract will have to be renegotiated.

If you wish to bring your pet, please mention this to the agency so that we can check if this is possible in the property you have chosen.
